It would be good to have a traffic light system on the for sale property list for properties at risk of withdrawing 

This could be done by a report or live on the property search tab and would highlight vulnerable properties 

for example  no viewings within 4 weeks, no offers within 4 weeks  or no vendor contact within 4 weeks would be red at risk 

Amber could be for two weeks as above 

Green indicates  plenty of activity on the property.
