AI Summary for Maintenance Job Activity

What’s new
Maintenance jobs in Property Management now include an AI Summary option within the Notes & Activity panel.

When a maintenance job has activity notes recorded, you’ll see an AI Summary button. Clicking this will generate a concise summary of the key updates and actions recorded on the job.


The summary highlights important information such as tenant reports, contractor actions, landlord approvals, and general progress updates.


What this means for you
You can quickly understand the history and current status of a maintenance job without needing to read through every individual note, helping you review activity faster and stay on top of ongoing work.

AI summaries are generated automatically from the notes recorded on the job and are intended as a helpful guide.
