You can now access a suite of new reportsāavailable in both bar chart and table formatsāto help you monitor key metrics at a glance:
- Funds Receipted Report
Track all incoming payments into Property Management, helping you stay on top of income across your portfolio. - Funds Paid Out Report
View all outgoing payments, making it easier to manage landlord and supplier disbursements. - Tenancy Status Report
See how many tenancies are at each stage: Instruction, Marketed, Offer Accepted, and Moved Into Occupation. - Tenancy Type Report
Understand your tenancy mix with counts of Fixed, Periodic, and Transitioning to Periodic agreements.
These reports offer a clear, visual way to assess performance and make informed decisions.
š Document Management Improvements
You can now multi-select documents and set them as public or private in bulkāsaving time and improving control over whatās shared with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders.
š Landlord Ownership Split
Weāve added the ability to define ownership splits per landlord per property. This is ideal for agencies managing properties with multiple owners, allowing for more accurate financial reporting and payment allocation.
