When a property first goes live, it’s sent to the portals under the branch that owns it. Previously, if you later reassigned the property to a different branch, the portals didn’t always update — leading to incorrect office branding and mis‑routed enquiries.
This fix ensures branch changes now automatically update across all major portals.

Private documents have always been hidden from the customer portal and public property portals — as they should be.
However, a bug meant that internal users were unable to open or download these private files within Dezrez CRM.
This has now been fully resolved.
