Improved Document Management in Sales Progression
We’ve enhanced the Sales Progression page with a new, simplified document grid designed to make managing sales files faster and more intuitive for estate agents.
What’s New
✔ Cleaner, Easier Document View
Documents now display in a streamlined grid, making it much quicker to locate the files you need during a busy sales process.
✔ Bulk Actions to Save Time
Agents can now update multiple documents at once, helping reduce admin and keep sales moving:
- Make one or more documents private
- Make one or more documents public
- Delete multiple documents in a single action
This removes the need to update files one at a time—ideal for busy negotiators and sales progressors.
✔ Bulk Uploading
Upload multiple documents at once instead of individually. This dramatically cuts down the time spent adding sales-related paperwork.
✔ Faster Viewing & Downloading
Open or download documents with a single click. Everything is designed to help agents deal with sales packs, legal documents, and correspondence more efficiently.

Improved Customer Search & Matching: Now Includes Maximum Bedrooms
We’ve enhanced the customer search and matching tools to give agents more precise control when finding the right properties for their applicants.
What’s New
Agents can now search and match customers using maximum number of bedrooms, in addition to the existing minimum bedroom criteria.
This means you can refine matches more accurately—particularly useful for:
- Applicants with strict bedroom requirements
- Down-sizers who don’t want “too big” a property
- Investors with capped bedroom criteria
