🔔 New Workflow Trigger: Property Status – Exchange
We’ve introduced a new Exchange trigger within the Property Status workflow. This allows estate agents to:
- Automate communications when a property reaches the "exchanged" stage.
- Standardise messaging across branches or negotiators.
- Save time by removing manual steps in the sales progression journey.
💡 Benefit: Agents can now ensure consistent, timely updates to buyers, sellers, and solicitors—helping reduce fall-throughs and improve client experience.
🧠 AI-Powered Property Descriptions (First AI Segment in Dezrez)
We’ve laid the foundation for AI within Dezrez and Property Management (PM). The first feature allows agents to:
- Auto-generate property descriptions based on the write-up details.
- Speed up listing creation while maintaining quality and tone.
- Reduce repetitive admin and focus more on selling.
The AI generating description takes the following property write up elements into account when generating:
- Example text from S&P
- Bedroom count,
- Bathroom count,
- Reception room count,
- Property type,
- Address,
- Language,
- and Features of the property
💡 Benefit: This helps agents get properties live faster, with less effort, and ensures descriptions are consistent and engaging.
