What's new:
You can now add a property's internal size (in square feet or square metres) directly from the Amenities section. Once entered, this now feeds through to Rightmove, Zoopla and On The Market listings.
What this means for you:
Portal listings can now show accurate internal size information without needing to add it separately in each portal, helping buyers and tenants get a clearer picture of a property before enquiring.
Where you'll see it:
Property > Amenities > Internal
Size
What's new:
A new report is now available showing offers grouped by branch and assigned negotiator, including offer status, offer amount, offer date, asking price, and the difference between asking price and offer amount, with table, bar, line and stacked line chart views.
What this means for you:
You can now see at a glance how offers are performing across branches and negotiators, without having to pull the numbers together manually.
Where you'll see it:
Reports > Offer Reports (a new
permission may need to be granted for your users)
What's new:
Workflow automations for property status changes (such as being valued, instructed, exchanged or let) can now be configured to send a pack a set number of days after the change, rather than immediately - for example, an anniversary card a year after completion. This also adds a new 'Withdrawn' trigger, so a configured pack can be sent automatically when a property is withdrawn from the market.
What this means for you:
You can now automate follow-up communications that go out on your own schedule after a status change, including keeping in touch with vendors whose property has been withdrawn, without needing to remember to send them manually.
Where you'll see it:
Settings > Workflows > Property
status automations
Fixed: Creating a custom appointment type called 'Task' triggered an error stating that an appointment type with that name already existed, even when it didn't. This has been resolved, so 'Task' and similar names can now be added without issue.
Fixed: Some users experienced an intermittent login loop, where signing in appeared to spin without success and was often only resolved by manually clearing the browser's cache and cookies. This was caused by browsers holding on to an outdated version of part of the login process. It's now fixed so browsers always load the latest version, without needing to clear the cache.
Fixed: Clicking a property or group link inside dashboard widgets, including the Leads Qualifier widget, sometimes opened a new tab that landed on the sign-in or home page instead of the intended page. Links now open directly on the correct property or group page.
Fixed: Editing a task from within a related task's panel and saving the change sometimes updated the wrong task instead of the one being edited. Changes now save correctly to the task you're actually editing.
Fixed: When booking a viewing on a property with a previous, completed listing, both the historic and current listing could appear in search results, making it possible to book against the wrong one. Only the current active listing is now shown.
Fixed: When a property was taken off the market, it could continue to appear on Homeflow-built websites instead of being removed. Properties are now correctly removed from Homeflow when they're taken off the market.
Fixed: Properties listed as 'End of Terrace' were being sent to Zoopla as 'Terraced', so this detail was lost on the portal. Zoopla listings now correctly show 'End of Terrace' where applicable.
Fixed: Appointments could be labelled '(edited)' on a property's timeline even when no changes had been made, making it hard to tell genuinely amended appointments from untouched ones. Appointments are now only labelled '(edited)' when an actual edit has occurred.
