Improved Document Management Across Dezrez

We’ve made a set of improvements to document handling across Dezrez to help agents work faster, stay organised, and keep property marketing accurate.

Easier to Find the Right Documents

You can now filter documents by document type across all document grids in Dezrez.
What this means for agents
  • Quickly find brochures, EPCs, contracts, and compliance documents without scrolling
  • Less time searching, more time progressing sales and lets
  • Helps teams stay organised as instruction volumes grow
This is especially useful for busy branches managing multiple properties and large document libraries.

PDF Uploads Now Supported Everywhere

Following the document grid improvements, you can now upload PDF documents across all document grids.
What this means for agents
  • Upload brochures, floorplans, compliance documents, and certificates in a single, familiar format
  • No need to convert files before uploading
  • Keeps everything stored safely in one place within Dezrez
This simplifies day‑to‑day admin and reduces reliance on external storage or workarounds.

We’ve fixed an issue where removing an external link from a brochure also removed it from the web feed.
What this means for agents
  • Full control over brochure links without unintended side effects
  • Greater confidence when updating or correcting property marketing
  • Prevents listings from being accidentally affected on portals or websites
