Improved visibility of unconfirmed viewing appointments

Unconfirmed viewing appointments will now automatically appear in the Notes & Activity Timeline for the group that the appointment was booked against.

What this means for agents:

• Everyone in the office can see pending viewings in one place
• Fewer missed or forgotten appointments
• Better team communication without extra admin
• Clearer audit trail of activity against applicants and properties

This change helps keep your diary, notes, and team aligned — saving time, reducing follow‑ups, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks when managing viewings in Dezrez.
