The Sales Progression tab now only appears where there's a sale
What's new:
The Sales Progression tab now only appears on a property that currently has, or has ever had, an accepted sales offer. On let-only properties — and any property that has never had an accepted sales offer — the tab is now hidden, so you only see it where there's actually a sale to progress.
Properties with a current or past accepted offer are unaffected and continue to show the tab as before. There's nothing to set up — it happens automatically based on the property's sales history.
What this means for you:
If you work mainly with rentals, the Sales Progression tab used to show on properties where it had no purpose. It now stays out of the way on lettings-only properties, giving you a tidier property view with only the tabs relevant to that property.
