Easily identify which team member created or booked an appointment, not just who attended it.

Quickly refine your view using:
- Branch or group
- Property
- Attending negotiator
- Appointment type
- Event type

Appointment Type Configuration Enhancements
We've introduced a new Appointment Types screen within Settings & Preferences, providing visibility of all available appointment types and the products they apply to, including Dezrez CRM and Property Management.
This is the first step towards greater appointment customisation. Over the coming weeks, we'll be expanding this area to include:
- The ability to customise appointment colours.
- The ability to create bespoke appointment types.
- Enhanced flexibility to tailor appointment workflows to your business processes.
