Market your properties on ESPC

What's new:
Dezrez now supports ESPC as a property portal. If your agency subscribes to ESPC, we'll set the feed up for you, and from then on your listings go over to them overnight in the same way your other portal feeds work. Both sales and lettings are covered — rents are sent as a monthly figure, as ESPC don't hold a rent frequency.

The feed carries your photos, floorplan, brochure, virtual tour, room descriptions, property features and the material information held against the property, so your listings arrive complete rather than needing to be typed in again.

There's nothing to set up at your end — the feed is configured by us. If you'd like ESPC enabled for your agency, please speak to your account manager.

A few things worth knowing:

  • ESPC's feed can't show a property as under offer or let agreed. That's how ESPC have designed it rather than a limitation in Dezrez, so a property will keep showing on ESPC until it's withdrawn.
  • A property needs a complete address to reach ESPC. They require the house number or street, the town, and a valid UK postcode. If any of those are missing, or the postcode isn't in a recognised format, that property is left out of the feed — so the address is the first thing to check if a property doesn't appear.
  • Up to 40 photos and the first 10 property features are sent, in line with how features already work for your other portals. Your floorplan and brochure go separately and don't count towards the 40.

If you'd like some text that appears only on ESPC — how to arrange an online viewing, for example — we can add an "ESPC Online Viewing Description" box to your property descriptions. Just ask your account manager.

What this means for you:
If you market properties in Edinburgh or the east of Scotland, ESPC is very likely where your buyers are already looking. You can now feed it straight from Dezrez alongside Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket, rather than keying the same listing into a second system and keeping two versions of it up to date.
