We’ve refreshed the scroll bar styling for a cleaner, more modern look across Dezrez.

📅 Appointment Summary Enhancements

The appointment title now appears in the summary view and printouts, replacing the generic appointment type.

Fixed an issue with recurring appointments where incorrect dates were shown in the summary view.

💬 Financial Services Appointment Upgrade

We have updated the functionality associated with booking Financial Services appointments. When you book the appointment, you can now send communications directly to appointment attendees from within Dezrez.  You support this change we have introduced  new Rezi Post Packs.

We’ve improved the styling of the Diary Summary View when printed, making it cleaner and easier to read. In addition, we’ve added Grade and Finance details to the print-out.

✅ Bug Fix: Lead Source Type

We’ve resolved an issue where the source type was not being populated when using the GetLead endpoint.
Benefit: This ensures accurate lead tracking and reporting, giving agents better visibility into where leads originate—helping you focus marketing spend on the most effective channels.

You can now edit appointment notes directly within the Dezrez diary.

🏢 Branch Info Display Fix for Viewings

A UI issue has been resolved where the attending or follow-up branch wasn’t correctly shown when booking viewings. This fix ensures agents have clarity on who is responsible for each appointment, reducing internal miscommunication and improving customer service.

A new workflow now automates communications when a Move Out or Check Out appointment is made, rescheduled, or cancelled. It also includes automated reminders. We’ve laid the foundation for AI within Dezrez and Property Management (PM). The first feature allows agents to:

The AI generating description takes the following property write up elements into account when generating:

We’ve introduced a powerful new feature: Duplicate Property.

Views & Offers

We've refreshed the design of both the "View Viewing Dialog" and  "Book a Viewing" dialogs within the Diary. These updates are intended to streamline the user flow and simplify the user journey.

The primary change is to ensure all buttons are displayed by default, all sections are displayed by default, and key information has been moved to key positions.

Additionally, the portal feed has been enhanced to include a title for each Material Information property description. This improvement will enhance the visual appeal of properties listed on portals, making them more attractive to potential buyers and renters.

OnTheMarket Exclusivity

We've made some exciting updates to how we handle exclusivity for our customers who have a commercial agreement with OnTheMarket. Our new process is designed to make it super easy and straightforward to set an exclusivity period for OnTheMarket. No more hassle or confusion!

Exchange/ Completed Status

Thanks to your valuable feedback, we've made a change that lets you mark a property as exchanged and/or completed without updating this status on the property portals. This means you can keep an accurate record of your stock while still showcasing a full and rich inventory on the portals.

To update the property status inside Dezrez without updating the status on the property portal, simply select the 'Continue to send Property to Portal' checkbox.

Once you're ready to mark the property as sold or completed, just uncheck the 'Property Portal' marketing flag.

Recurring Appointments

We are pleased to announce the release of a new feature that allows users to create recurring appointments within the Dezrez CRM. This enhancement is designed to streamline your scheduling process and improve overall efficiency.

In addition to this new feature, we have also resolved a number of issues related to appointment scheduling to ensure a smoother and more reliable experience.
