New: Include sitting tenants in viewing confirmations

We’ve introduced an improvement to better support lettings properties being remarketed while still tenanted.

 

 

What’s new

  • You can now include existing (sitting) tenants when booking a viewing on a tenanted property
  • All tenants linked to the tenancy will be visible when creating or editing a viewing
  • You can choose to include or exclude individual tenants as needed
  • Selected tenants can receive viewing confirmation communications

What this means for letting agents

  • Keeps tenants informed when viewings are arranged during a remarketing period
  • Reduces the need for manual communication outside of Dezrez
  • Helps ensure a smoother experience for both tenants and prospective renters

Where it applies

  • Available when booking or editing viewing appointments via the main interface
  • Applies specifically to confirmation of viewing communications (not automated workflows)
