Automatically Cancel Outstanding Viewings When an Offer Is Accepted

What's changed?

When accepting an offer on a property, agents can now cancel any outstanding viewings directly from the existing housekeeping confirmation dialog.

Previously, the housekeeping process only prompted agents to reject any pending offers. Outstanding viewings had to be cancelled manually, creating the risk that customers might still attend viewings on a property where an offer had already been accepted.

Benefits for estate agents

  • Reduces manual administration when progressing a sale.
  • Helps prevent customers attending unnecessary viewings.
  • Improves customer experience by ensuring appointments are managed consistently.
  • Minimises the risk of missed viewing cancellations.
  • Streamlines the sales progression process from a single housekeeping workflow.

How it works

When an offer is accepted and there are outstanding viewings scheduled, the housekeeping dialog will present an option to automatically cancel those viewings alongside the existing option to reject pending offers. Once confirmed, the relevant viewings will be cancelled, helping keep the property's activity up to date.

Business impact

By automating a commonly missed housekeeping task, agents can save time, reduce customer frustration, and maintain a more professional sales process while managing property transactions through Dezrez's all-in-one estate agency platform.

Improved the documents section within Sales Progression

What:

We've improved the documents section within Sales Progression so that it only displays documents directly related to the property being progressed.

Previously, the document list could include files associated with the same seller or buyer from other property transactions. In some cases, this meant agents could see documents such as Memorandums of Sale from unrelated properties.
