Over the past few weeks, we've released several updates to the customer portal to enhance both the UI/UX and the functionality for managing tenancies. These changes have been made following customer feedback and our aim to simplify and improve our offering. Here are the key improvements:
Enhanced Tenancy Information Display: We've improved the display of tenancy information on the property screen for better clarity and usability.
Maintenance Issue Reporting: Landlords and tenants can now raise and record new maintenance issues directly in our Property Management solution. These issues are automatically notified to the agent via our integrated Tasks solution.
Utility Readings: Tenants and landlords can now record and raise utility readings, which are directly integrated into the Property Management solution and notified via Tasks.
Improved Document Management: We've enhanced the look and feel of both My Documents and My Property Documents to simplify and improve usability.
Improved Auditing of Customer Actions: We've added improved auditing of customer actions, allowing you to control and enhance visibility of usage.
These updates are designed to provide you with more efficient tools and a smoother experience, all at no extra cost to our agents. We believe these enhancements will help you manage your properties more effectively and save valuable time. We believe these updates expand our Property Management solution to be the one-stop shop for both growing and established letting companies.
