Agency Performance Report – Now in the Dezrez Reporting Framework

We’ve moved the Agency Performance Report into the Dezrez Reporting framework and added the right permissions within Settings & Permissions, making it easier for the right people in your business to access the insights that matter.



What this means for your agency

The Agency Performance Report gives you a clear view of how your business is performing across key milestones and appointments, helping you spot trends, improve conversion, and make better commercial decisions.
You can now:
  • Track key appointments and milestones across your agency
  • Break performance down by branch and appointment type
  • Understand what’s driving results – and where improvements can be made

The updated report now supports:
  • Exporting – quickly share performance data with managers and owners
  • Search & filtering – find exactly what you need without digging
  • Hide or show columns – tailor the view for different roles
  • Pagination – smoother performance on larger data sets
  • Multiple views – switch between:
    • Table
    • Pie chart
    • Bar chart
  • Drill-through insights – click into an appointment type and drill down to the individual properties behind the numbers
