Clearer view of tenant arrears and reminders

What’s new:

We’ve made some small but important updates to the Tenants in Arrears view to make it easier to understand what you’re looking at

This includes clearer page labelling, improved descriptions, and added guidance around how reminders are counted — so it’s more obvious what’s included and what isn’t.


What this means for you:

You’ll have a clearer understanding of your arrears data at a glance, especially when it comes to reminder activity.

This should reduce confusion around reminder counts and help you use the view more confidently when managing tenant arrears.
