We're excited to announce that we've added the ability to add a guarantor and link them to a tenant. This new feature includes several enhancements to streamline the process:
- Proof of ID: You can now add proof of ID for guarantors, ensuring that all necessary documentation is securely stored.
- Tenant Reference: Easily add a tenant reference for guarantors to keep track of their relationship with the tenant.
- Specify Guarantor Relationship: Define the specific relationship between the guarantor and the tenant, providing clarity and better management.
These updates are designed to provide you with more efficient tools and a smoother experience, all at no extra cost to our agents. We believe these enhancements will help you manage your properties more effectively and save valuable time.
