This update ensures the report is more responsive, easier to analyse, and fully aligned with its purpose: providing a clear, branch-level view of exchanged property and financial data, based on the exchanged date.

The Property Exchange Report has been migrated to our latest reporting framework, providing improved reliability, scalability, and performance.

• Reports now load independently and no longer rely on other dashboard reports
• Single report load time of under 2 seconds, even with larger data sets
• Improved caching to ensure consistent performance throughout the day

• Clear branch-level breakdown of exchanged properties
• Detailed property and financial information for each exchange
• Data driven by, and filterable on, the exchanged date

• Filter results by exchanged date and other key attributes
• Sort data easily to surface trends and priorities quickly

The Property Exchange Report is available to users with the appropriate reporting permissions. If you cannot see the report and believe you should have access, please contact your system administrator.
