Notes & Activities Improvements

We've updated the Notes & Activities tab to provide a more consistent experience across Dezrez.

The screen now follows the same styling and layout used within Group Activities, making it easier to review activity history and navigate between different areas of the system.

Users can now filter activity more effectively by choosing which note types they want to see, helping teams focus on the information most relevant to the transaction. Notes and Activities can also be refreshed without leaving the screen, ensuring the latest updates are always available when needed.

 A new Basic View has been introduced for users who prefer a simplified display, while still retaining the ability to print and edit existing notes. Printing has also been updated to follow the same format and standards used elsewhere in Dezrez, creating a more consistent output for records and reporting.

Chain Management Improvements

We've improved Chain Management to provide a more consistent experience and make it easier to manage chains directly from the Sales Progression screen.

Chain item cards have been refreshed to align with the styling used elsewhere in Dezrez, creating a cleaner and more familiar view of chain information. Additional estate agent details are now displayed where available, giving greater visibility into the parties involved in the transaction.

 Users can now edit chain items directly from within the Chain tab without needing to leave the page, helping to reduce navigation and keep progression updates moving. Chain items can also be removed directly from the Chain tab, following the same behaviour used throughout the wider chain management experience.

 We've also updated chain terminology to use Vendor and Purchaser labels, providing clearer and more consistent language across Sales Progression. Contact information within chain items has been enhanced, allowing agents to quickly communicate with vendors and purchasers using the standard email and SMS options available throughout Dezrez.
