Improved refund handling in Property Management
Recent Property Management updates make refund workflows more flexible, consistent, and easier to manage.
What's new:
We have made a series of improvements across Property Management, with a particular focus on refund handling and financial workflow consistency.
The main update gives users more control when refunding allocated invoices by allowing them to select the funding account. This helps make refund processing clearer and better aligned with how money is managed in practice.
Alongside this, we have improved related payment, reversal, invoice cancellation, deposit, deduction, payout, and reconciliation workflows to make day-to-day processing feel smoother and more predictable.
What this means for you:
Refunds are now easier to manage because users have clearer control over where refunded money is taken from. This supports more accurate handling of allocated invoices and reduces the need for workarounds when processing refunds.
More broadly, these updates help make Property Management financial workflows more consistent across key screens, including invoice handling, payments, deductions, deposits, reversals, and reconciliation.
