Improvements to Sales Progression

We’ve made a number of updates to the Sales Progression page to make it easier to use, clearer to read, and better aligned with how estate agents manage chains day to day.


What’s improved

  • Clearer chain layout
    We’ve improved alignment across the page so chains and individual chain items are easier to follow at a glance, helping you quickly understand where each sale stands.
  • More organised notes
    Based on customer feedback, notes can now be separated by purchasers, vendors, and the progression chain. This makes it quicker to find the information you need without wading through unrelated updates.
  • Refinements to Milestones and Contacts
    The Milestones and Contacts tabs have been improved to support smoother progression tracking and clearer communication throughout the transaction.
  • More reliable activity exports
    We’ve fixed issues with exporting the activities feed, so you can confidently share updates with colleagues, management, or clients when needed.
