What's new:
When recording a new offer, you can now select the negotiator it should be assigned to from a dropdown list of active negotiators. This also appears as a column on the Offers grid and a field on the offer's details, and defaults to the negotiator from the most recent viewing appointment linked to the person raising the offer, where one exists.
What this means for you:
Where offers aren't always recorded by the negotiator who actually brought them in - for example, when admin staff record an offer on a negotiator's behalf - you can now track and report on which negotiator the offer should be credited to.
Where you'll see it:
Property > Offers > Record new offer, and the Offers grid and report
What's new:
A new report is now available to pull a list of valuations filtered by valuation date, showing the associated group, group phone number, group email, property address and the latest valuation note - viewable as a table and exportable to Excel.
What this means for you:
You can now generate a report covering historic valuations or withdrawn properties with the contact and valuation details you need, without having to compile it manually.
Where you'll see it:
Reports > Valuations Report (a new permission may need to be granted for your users)
What's new:
Offers within Group Hub have moved out of the Appointments tab and into their own dedicated Offers tab, using the newly redesigned offers grid, including property address.
What this means for you:
Managing offers in Group Hub now follows the same layout and flow as elsewhere in the system, so there's less to relearn and offers are easier to find.
