Instructing a Property

This guide will show you the process of Instructing a Property after you have entered a valuation into the system. 

Start by navigation to the property in Rezi. You will see the Valuation previously added and also any historic valuations also. Click on to the Valuation

Here you can edit the valuation or appointment details if needed. To Instruct the property, click on Instruct for Sale

If you click Not Proceeding and enter a reason, the valuation will be saved as a historical valuation and will always be visible from the Valuation Tab on the property. 

On this page you can enter the price qualifier, Instruction type, agency period and any addition price text. You can also set the fee (if you haven't already added the fee at the valuation stage). 

Once all the information is added, you can click Generate letter pack to create and Instruction email for the client. When completed, click Instruct Property to confirm the instruuction and begin the process of writting up a property.
