New Performance Report – Sales & Lettings in One Place

We’ve introduced a brand‑new Performance Report, replacing the previous Sales Stats and Letting Stats reports.
This single, streamlined report is available via the Widget Selector and gives agents a clear, at‑a‑glance view of how their business is performing across Sales and Lettings, without switching between multiple reports.


One Report. Total Visibility.

The Performance Report allows users to filter by Property Type:
  • Sales
  • Lettings
This makes it easy to compare performance, spot trends, and focus effort where it will drive the most value.

Key Performance Metrics Included

The report displays essential agency and branch‑level metrics, including:
  • Valuations Booked
  • Valuations Attended
  • Valuations Cancelled
  • Viewings Booked
  • Viewings Attended
  • Viewings Cancelled
  • Properties Instructed
  • Offers Received
  • Offers Accepted
Where available, drill‑through links allow users to click directly into the related properties, helping teams move from insight to action in seconds.
