Clearer context on notes added from the viewings tab

What's new:

When you add a note from a property's viewings tab, it's still copied to the property's, vendor's and viewer's notes sections as before. On the vendor's and viewer's notes, it now includes context - such as the property address or the viewer's name - showing what the note actually relates to.

What this means for you:

You can tell at a glance whether a note in the vendor's or viewer's notes section is about the property, the vendor, or the viewer, without needing to check the viewings tab to find out.

Where you'll see it:

Property > Appointments > Viewings > Notes, and the related Vendor/Viewer notes sections

Redesigned Offers screen, brought in line with Viewings

What's new:

The Offers tab has been redesigned to work more like the Viewings tab. It now includes a summary widget showing a breakdown of offers by status (pending, rejected, withdrawn, accepted) with a quick way to filter the list by clicking a status, and the offers grid now shows every offer (rather than just one row per person), with clearer date and time, applicant contact details, and the difference between the offer and the asking price.

What this means for you:

Reviewing and managing offers should now feel more familiar if you're used to the Viewings tab, and you can see and act on offer details, including contacting an applicant, without digging through extra clicks.

Bug Fixes

Fixed: Email addresses containing certain special characters immediately before the @ symbol (for example, a hyphen or full stop) failed to send, even though they are valid email addresses. Emails to these addresses now send correctly.

Fixed: An all-day appointment spanning multiple days could lose its last day after being saved, cutting the appointment a day short in the calendar. Multi-day all-day appointments now save with the correct end day.
