We’ve introduced a brand-new reporting experience within Dezrez, designed to make it quicker and easier for your team to find, use and act on the data that drives your business.
🆕 A dedicated Reports menu
As part of our move to the Platformz framework, the previous Miscellaneous menu was becoming crowded and harder to navigate.
To simplify things, we’ve added a new Reports menu directly into the widget selector—giving you a clear, dedicated space for all your reporting needs.
📂 Reports organised around your business
Reports are now grouped in a way that reflects how your agency operates day-to-day:
- General Reports – covering both Sales and Lettings
- Lettings Reports – tailored to rental properties and management
- Maintenance Jobs – everything related to property maintenance
- Sales Reports – focused on sales performance and pipeline
- Other – additional reports that don’t fit into the above
This clearer structure helps your team find the right report quickly—saving time and reducing frustration.
👀 Full visibility across all reports
You can now see the complete range of available reports (43 in total), even if you don’t currently have access to them.
- If a user doesn’t have permission (set in Settings & Preferences), they simply won’t be able to add that report to their dashboard
- This gives better visibility across the platform and helps teams understand what’s available as their business grows
