Sales Progression Chain Overview

Get a complete view of the sales chain in one place

We've introduced a new Chain Overview tab within Sales Progression, making it much easier for sales progressors to understand the entire chain without opening each chain item individually.

Previously, users had to move between multiple chain records to piece together the current position of a sale. The new overview brings all key information together in a single read-only view, helping teams respond to customer enquiries faster and keep transactions moving.

What's new?

A new Chain Overview tab is now available between the existing Chain and Notes tabs.

Within the overview, every chain item is displayed together, allowing you to quickly see:

  • Chain position
  • Property address
  • Purchase details
  • Offer accepted price
  • Predicted and completed exchange dates
  • Predicted and completed completion dates
  • Linked agent
  • Solicitor

Purchaser and Vendor Information at a Glance

For each chain item, you can now view:

Purchaser details

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number

Vendor details

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number

Contact details remain clickable, allowing you to quickly launch existing communication tools and contact customers directly.

Faster Progress Tracking

The Chain Overview also displays purchaser and vendor milestones with clear status indicators:

🟢 Completed
🟠 Pending
🔴 Blocked or overdue

This makes it easier to identify blockers and understand where attention is needed across the chain.

Latest Activity Included

Each chain item now shows the most recent note, including:

  • Date
  • Title
  • Note details
  • User who added the note

This helps sales progressors understand the latest developments without opening individual records.

Designed for Live Customer Conversations

The overview has been designed to support fast scanning of information during calls, helping teams:

  • Answer customer questions more confidently
  • Reduce time spent navigating between records
  • Identify chain issues more quickly
  • Improve visibility across complex chains
  • Spend less time gathering information and more time progressing sales

What this means for estate agents

By providing a single, consolidated view of the entire sales chain, agents can better manage transactions, reduce delays caused by missing information, and deliver a more informed customer experience. The result is a smoother progression process and improved efficiency across the sales team.
