Client Account Reconciliation Improvements | DezRez Property Management

Account statements are now easier to find

What’s new

Account statements can now use a dedicated Account Statement document type instead of being stored under “Miscellaneous”.

This means newly generated account statements are organised more clearly and appear in the correct document areas across the system.

What this means for you

  • Account statements are easier to locate

  • Financial documents are better organised

  • Statements appear under Accounting documentation in the landlord document panel

  • Statements are correctly labelled in tenancy documents and in the Anytime portal

Existing documents will remain under Miscellaneous, but any new statements generated after this release will use the new document type.

Using Rezi Post templates

If your agency uses Rezi Post to generate account statements or packs, you may want to check that your account statement templates use the Account Statement document type.

Templates that still use Misc will continue to store statements under Miscellaneous.

Where you’ll see it

  • Landlord hub document sidebar

  • Tenancy document grid

  • Anytime (tenant portal)
