Viewings and Offers
We've refreshed the design of both the "Book a Viewing" and "Record an Offer" dialogs within the Viewing section. These updates are intended to streamline the user flow and simplify the user journey.

At Dezrez, we value the feedback from our users and continuously strive to improve our software based on your insights. By listening to your suggestions, we've made these changes to ensure that booking viewings and recording offers are not only quicker but also more intuitive. This means less time spent navigating through complex processes and more time focusing on what truly matters – growing your business and serving your clients.

Book a Viewing Dialog

One of the key enhancements is the ability to record an offer at the time you book a viewing and also record the result of that offer. This feature aims to make it easy and efficient to record all offers that result from a viewing. By integrating these steps, we've simplified the process, allowing you to manage offers seamlessly without having to navigate through multiple screens. This means you can capture important information right when it happens, ensuring accuracy and saving valuable time.

Additionally, we've updated the UI controls for sending customer communications in both dialogs. Instead of having the option hidden in multiple places, we've added consistency across both dialogs. If you want to send one or more communications to the associated people, you can now simply tick the communications checkbox, and you will be presented with the communications options when you need them. There's no need to navigate to another page and hope the options are there.

Furthermore, we've updated the UI on the Viewings screen to match the overall Dezrez tabs. We've added additional filters to the Insight and Total sections, allowing you to filter the viewings by what you need. We've also included email and telephone details for the viewing contacts, so they are on hand as and when needed.
