What the report shows

The Sales Completion Report provides a simple breakdown of completed sales for a selected date range and branch, helping you quickly understand performance and revenue outcomes.

Headline metrics include:

  • Branch
  • Total number of completed properties
  • Total sales value
  • Total associated fees
  • Average sale value
  • Average fee earned
  • Average time to completion (days and hours)
  • Average time on market (days and hours)

This makes it easy for branch managers and directors to assess conversion efficiency, fee performance, and speed of sale at a glance.

Drill‑through to property‑level detail

For deeper insight, you can drill into each result to see individual property completions, including:

  • Property address
  • Valuing negotiator
  • Owning negotiator
  • Completion date
  • Sold price
  • Fee
  • Fee name
  • Total fee
  • Time to completion (days and hours)
  • Time on market (days and hours)

This allows you to quickly answer questions such as:

  • Which negotiators are completing fastest?
  • Where are deals slowing down?
  • Which properties or fee types are driving the most revenue?

Why this matters for your business

Clearer performance tracking
Understand how long sales are really taking to complete and where delays may be impacting cash flow.

Better fee visibility
See exactly how fees are performing by branch, property, and negotiator—supporting more informed commercial decisions.

Improved accountability
Link completions back to valuing and owning negotiators to support coaching, recognition, and performance management.

Faster reporting, less manual work
All the insight you need in one place, reducing the need for spreadsheets and manual reporting.

This report continues Dezrez’s commitment to being a one‑stop platform for UK estate agents—helping you manage sales performance, maximise revenue, and run a more efficient business with confidence.

  • Total agreed value
  • Total fees
  • Average agreed value
  • Average fee
  • Average time to SSTC (days and hours)

  • Property address
  • Owning negotiator
  • SSTC date
  • Agreed sale value
  • Fee
  • Total fee
  • Time to SSTC (days and hours)

This makes it easy to understand which properties and negotiators are driving agreed sales—and where additional focus may be needed to keep deals moving forward.

Core reporting features

The SSTC Report includes the same familiar reporting functionality used across Dezrez, making it easy to explore and share insights:

  • Widget selection
  • Sorting, filtering, and search
  • Paging through results
  • Exporting data
  • Multiple chart views
  • Hide/show columns
  • Consistent, easy‑to‑use look and feel

Stronger pipeline forecasting
Understand the value and fees sitting in SSTC to better predict future revenue and cash flow.

Negotiator performance insight
See which negotiators are securing agreed sales fastest and use this insight for coaching and recognition.

Less manual reporting
Everything you need to review SSTC performance in one place—no spreadsheets or manual tracking required.
