Send and track payment reminders from the Tenants in Arrears view
What’s new:
You can now send payment reminders to tenants directly from the Tenants in Arrears view in Property Management.
Reminders can be sent to individual tenants or in bulk using multi-select, helping you quickly chase overdue rent without leaving the screen.
We’ve also added reminder tracking to the view, so you can now see:
- When a reminder was last sent
- How many reminders have been sent
What this means for you:
This update complements the automated arrears reminders released recently.
Automated workflows help you chase individual overdue invoices, while the Tenants in Arrears view lets you manage and track arrears across the full tenant account.
If you prefer a more hands-on approach, you can now identify tenants in arrears, send reminders, and track communications all in one place.
This helps reduce manual admin and gives you better visibility when managing communication with tenants.
