  1. Funds that need to be retained are now automatically held back, reducing manual work and ensuring compliance.

📊 Adjusted Payment Calculations

  1. Payments to landlords now automatically account for retained funds, giving you accurate figures every time.

🏠 Updated Money Due Out Screen

  1. Opening Balance now reflects the balance for each individual property rather than a combined figure.
  2. This provides greater transparency and makes it easier to track property-specific finances.
