New Feature: Create and View Maintenance Jobs in Property Management
Users can now create and view maintenance jobs directly within Property Management, significantly improving efficiency and saving time. This update allows tenants and landlords to raise job requests, provide details, and upload photos without needing to contact the estate agent or property manager directly.
Once a job is created, a task is automatically sent to the estate agent or property manager, ensuring they are notified and can take the necessary action promptly. This enhancement streamlines the maintenance process, reducing administrative workload and improving response times.
Over time we plan on increasing the functionality surrounding the Customer portal and our Property Management product. If you have any further suggestions please reach-out to

New Feature: Tenant & Landlord Utility Readings for Pre-Tenancy
Tenants and landlords can now submit utility readings for a tenancy in the Pre-Tenancy stage via the Anytime customer portal. These readings are then automatically made available to the estate agent or property manager within both Dezrez and Property Management. When utility readings are submitted, a task is automatically generated, notifying the estate agent or property manager.
