Sanction checks now clearly visible in Property Management
What’s new
We’ve added a core Proof of Sanction check for landlords, tenants, and guarantors in Property Management.
What this means for you
It’s now much clearer whether required sanction checks have been completed, helping you quickly confirm compliance without needing to dig through records.
Where you’ll see it
Sanction check status is visible directly within Property Management, including on the management dashboard and within individual landlord records.
Upload and manage Terms of Business within a tenancy
What’s new
You can now upload and manage a Terms of Business document directly from the tenancy hub using a dedicated document type.
What this means for you
This makes it easier to confirm whether a valid Terms of Business is in place, reduces the risk of documents being lost among other files, and provides clearer visibility for landlords when viewing documents in the customer portal.
Where you’ll see it
Terms of Business documents can be uploaded and viewed within the tenancy hub and are visible to landlords via the customer portal.
