New: Bulk reassign ownership of applicants and vendors

We’ve introduced the ability to bulk reassign ownership of people records, helping you manage team changes more efficiently.

 

What’s new

• You can now bulk reassign applicants and vendors to another team member
• Uses the familiar bulk select and reassignment process already available for properties
• A clear confirmation dialogue guides you through the change
• All updates are recorded in notes and activity logs for full visibility
• Controlled via a new permission to help manage user access

What this means for estate agents

• Quickly reassign large volumes of contacts when a staff member leaves or changes role
• Ensures applicants and vendors remain actively managed without disruption
• Removes the need to manually update records one by one

Where it applies

• Available within people searches (including applicants and vendors)
• Focused on CRM workflows (property management workflows not affected)
