What's new:
Security and holding deposit information is now shared with portals as part of your lettings feed, helping you meet the requirement to display deposit information on listings. The Compliance tab now shows when deposit information is missing, and deposit details automatically carry through into pre-tenancy.
What this means for you:
You can keep your listings compliant without adding deposit information separately on each portal, and you'll be alerted if it's missing before it becomes a problem.
Where you'll see it:
Property > Compliance tab, and your
portal listings
What's new:
A property's current EPC rating is now included in the information sent to portals, so it can be displayed on the listing. EPC details also now appear on the Overview tab (write-up card), and EPC validity is shown on the Compliance tab. Existing properties have also been updated so their EPC details carry across to their listings.
What this means for you:
Your listings show the EPC rating more completely without any extra work, and you can see at a glance whether a property's EPC is in date.
Where you'll see it:
Property > Overview (write-up card)
and Compliance tab, and your portal listings
Bug Fixes
Fixed: When a property's address included both a building name and a house number, only the building name was sent to portals (Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket) and the number was left out. Both the building name and number now come through.
