Accepting an Offer
This guide will take you through the process of accepting an offer on the system. This will cover accepting the current pending offer in the system and how to send emails and letters out to all parties.

If you are not already on the property, search for the property in
question, using the search bar:
Select the required
property:
Once on the property you should be on the 'For Sale' or 'To Let' tab, in order to see the offers, please click the offer sub-tab, as seen below in the image:
Once on the offers tab, you'll be able to see any offer this property has had on it.
If an offer has been made you'll see a pending offer on the system in yellow. Click this box to see more details. The following will appear. The system will automatically default to “Offer Accepted” as the outcome.
You can then make any
notes required in the notes section and also select if the vendor has been
notified of the offer. You can at this point mark the property as “STC”, if desired.
There will also be an option to pause the buyers’ search if desired if
they are purchasing within their search criteria.
If you wish to generate a letter pack, there is the option to do so at
this stage, click “Generate letter pack”. This will automatically pull through
the “Offer Accepted” default pack.
Click “Record decision”.
The offer will then appear in the “Offers received” section as
“Accepted”.
The property status
will then update on your system to “Offer Accepted” and will automatically take you to the Sales Progression page.
