In this section, we will cover an overview of the Accounts Dashboard.
When you need to see the dashboard for accounts, simply click on the word accounts on the left hand side navigational panel. Here it'll open up and show you everything financial for your agency.
Once clicked it will look something like this:
The top section of this screen will show you the money due in and out and also anyone that is in arrears.
The money due in section will show you a total amount of money expected in, the criteria is today and anything that hasn't been paid yet. No future payments show here yet. It breaks it down to Rent due in and Others due in. Simply, click on either of those to show a table with the money that is supposed to be coming in.
The middle section will show you anybody that is in arrears on a tenancy. It'll show how many days they are in arrears for as well. So, 1-7 days for example in this graph. From here you are able to click on the graph to open up a list of people that are in arrears. It'll show you all rent that is due in today and anytime in the past. You can also filter this list down to different date slots, like last 7 days etc.
On the right of the screen you'll see the 'Total Ready to Pay' section. This will show all money that has been collected that is now ready to pay Landlords and contractors. It's broken down for convenience with a section for Landlords and contractors separately. Clicking into these list will show all accounts that have money on them and ready to pay. From here you can also include deductions like your fees or other monies.
Below that we have a 3 column system that allows you to see all the bank accounts you have on the system along side your deposit accounts as well. You are able to add accounts by clicking on the 'Add account' button next to the relevant section. From here you can also perform a reconciliation bringing your online or paper statements up to date with that you have in Rezi. Simply click 'Perform a Reconciliation' to open up a list of transactions.
You're also able to add in deposits accounts from this page. You can select for example the DPS and this will count how much money is being held by the DPS for any active tenancies you have. Click on the list to show all deposits and you will see a release button allowing you to give the deposit back once the tenancy has ended and the DPS has released the money back to the tenant.
