Adding a General Appointment

In this guide, I will show you how to add a general appointment into the diary. This can be a team meeting with nultiple negotiators or a meeting with a client.

In order to add a general appointment into the system the best way to do this is to click the plus icon and select the option to 'Add General'.



Once you have click 'General' it will open up the book appointment modal. From here you can select which type of appointment you can wish to select.



In this example, I have selected 'Meeting'. I can now add a title and description for the meeting for example 'Meeting with Mr Jones'. You can select the time and date from the options below. Once you are happy with this you can press Save.
