Applicant Facing Tool - Turning Dezrez into a Presentation Tool
Ever wanted to show your applicants properties on Dezrez, however you worry about GDPR?
Don't worry. Dezrez has a feature where you can choose to have an 'Applicant Facing view.
This guide will take you through creating
a list of properties for an applicant to view within Dezrez via the Applicant Facing method. It will change your Dezrez into a presentation tool in which you can showcase your properties to potential buyers.

Navigate
to the applicant card and click the “Property Searches” tab.
Select “View Matches” to create a list of property
matches for this applicant.
This will bring up the list from best to least suited
in guidance with their search criteria.
Choose from this list which properties you would like
them to view or simply “Select all” to display all the properties in their
property list. You may also filter this list of results using the “Filter results” tab.
You may add any properties to this list by using the
“Add another property” search bar.
Once you have selected your list of properties, click the “Applicant Facing” tab to allow your applicant to view these properties in a secure environment.
This will then take you into applicant facing mode.
Once you are in this mode, the
applicant can browse the properties and state whether they like them safely and
without access to the rest of your system.
To exit
this view, you will require a system password. This can be provided to you by a
member of our staff here at Dezrez.
