How to add an Appointment into PM

In this guide, I will show you how to see a list of your upcoming appointments and also how to to see the historic ones as well.

First click on appointments on the right hand side of the screen or click on the diary icon at the top of the screen.



Once in the list you are able to see a table of all the appointments added into the system. You are able to see and order the property and date of the appointment from here.

To add an appointment into the system, you must click in the 'Add Appointment' button in orange on the right hand side of the screen.



Once clicked, you can see a form to add the appointment in. Note, that only lettings appointments can be added from here, no sales or viewings can be done from PM.

Once clicked, I'd recommend adding the appointment type in first. This will allow you to see all options for that type of appointment. Once selected simply add in the title and description of the appointment for future reference, The more info here the better as someone else might be picking this up.



After this you can select the date and time of the appointment, simply either select the box and select a date and time or click and start typing the information in. You can also select a meeting place as well.

On the left hand side of the screen you can select a property from the search box. Click into here and start typing the address of the property where you can select the one you need.

The last option from here is to add in the attendees for this appointment, simply click on the agents drop down menu or search for a contractor in the list to add a job into the diary.
