Creating a New Brochure

Creating a New Brochure

In this guide, I will show you how to create a brand new brochure for your property.
Click the link to see a video guide on 'How to create a PDF brochure'
Start by searching for the property you want to create the brochure for.

Once on the property you can click on the Write Up tab. Once you have clicked this, you'll be able to see a sub-tab called 'Brochures' See image below:

You then need to click on the 'Open Brochure Manager'. This will open up the brochure manager in a separate tab for you.
If you have a brochure already made outside of Rezi, you can click or drag and drop your pdf brochure into the upload section.
Once open you can edit your brochure by clicking on the item you'd like to edit. In the picture below you can see that you can edit the images simply by clicking on main image and selecting a different one.

You can also click on the text in a brochure to edit he size and the positioning of the wording. This could help you with overlapping text or perhaps the description is longer than usual and the font needs to be decreased. You can achieve this by clicking on the bar at the top of the screen to change the size of the text.

Note, you cannot change the templates formatting, merely edit what's there. If you want to change the template completely please contact our support team, via this link here.

Once you have finished editing the brochure and are happy with the current format, you must next click the save icon on
the top left hand side. This will save any changes you've made to this brochure. This will only save the changes to the brochure you have selected, this does not change the all brochure templates in the list.

Once you are happy with the save changes then it's time to create our PDF version. You can select the PDF icon next to the save button. This will give you 3 option
  1. High resolution  - suitable for printing i.e. window cards
  2. Medium resolution  - Suitable for printable and email
  3. Low resolution - Suitable for attachments in emails
Once you have chosen one of the above option, Rezi will give you a notification to let you know when the generation is completed. You can now return to you property by closing the brochure manager down.

From here you are able to chose some setting for you brochure:

  1. Open or download will open the PDF template on your PC
  2. Send email will attach this PDF in an ad hoc email for you
  3. Send with brochure link - will send an ad hoc email but in a link format
  4. Rename will allow you to rename the document
  5. Delete will delete the PDF from this property permanently
  6. Mark as private will stop this PDF going public i.e. portals and websites
Once you have change the options that you require your new brochure is ready to send out to your customers.
