Changing offer status

In this guide, we will show you how to change the status of an offer. We will begin with a pending offer and then it will show you how to either reject or accept that offer.

First, you must navigate to a property that already has a pending offer on it. You can click on the offers tab, see image below.

Once you have clicked on the offer tab it'll open fall the offers you have on the property in this case 1 pending offer.  You can click into this to see more information. Once on the screen you can click on the record decision button.

This will then allow you to drop down the menu in the outcome section in which you can select offer accepted, offer pending, offer rejected, and offer withdrawn. once you have selected this and selected the appropriate tick-boxes you can either generate a letter pack or record a decision. In this example I will show you an offer accepted example.

If you do wish to record and send a letter all you have to do is the tick box generate letter pack off accepted email should already be default once you're happy with the options you can then either click preview or record decision.

Once you have done this it will take you back to the property with the screen has changed to offer accepted.
