Cleaning Up Provisional Tenants.
Part of your data clean up is to ensure the tenants on your let properties are marked as in occupation and not provisional

It is important that you correct the tenancy settings on these properties, if a let property does not have a tenant in occupation it will break during the migration and we would be unable to fix it for you
By following the below instructions you will be able to find the report in Dezrez to show a list of the properties that have provisional tenancies against them, if you have already been provided with a copy of this when you started onboarding this is where you can create an updated copy of confirm what is left to complete.
FINDING THE REPORT
1: Go to the reporting tab on Dezrez
2: Select Custom Reporting on the dashboard
3: Choose the "Rezi Data Migration Prep" option
4: Expand "Property Based"
5: Click the report for "Properties with Provisional Tenancies"
6: Press the "Prepare report" button
7a. You can press the "To Excel" option to save an Excel version of the report.
7b.You can click the blue ID numbers and it will take you to the property

The report will show you all the properties that have provisional tenancies listed on them but it will also show if there is a tenant marked as in occupation already.
If the in occupation tenant is the correct one and the provisional is not the person currently renting the property you will not need to make changes.
Please be aware there should only be 1 card marked in occupation per property
When you go into each property you will see the tenant that is provisionally attached, to move them into occupation click the "Actions" button and select "Move up to in Occupation".
On the popup, fill in the details required on the page regarding the tenancy.
Once you can see that the status of the tenancy is listed as in occupation, you have completed attaching a tenant.
