Contacting Support

Good news! It is now easier to raise and track a ticket with our support team. We have created a new customer portal which puts you in the driving seat and gives you clarity of where your ticket is and with which team. You can track your ticket online once it is created and will soon be able to participate in live chat with a member of our team.

First step, is to get yourself registered at our new portal!

Once registered, follow this link to sign in and either raise or track a ticket.

We are really excited to launch this new platform and need you to take just a minute of your time to register with us! It's important that you have a unique email address in order to register and raise a ticket. If you do not, below are some easy steps to follow in order to set this up. Please make sure this is done for all of those in your branch who will be needing to use our support team!
