To help users generate, customise, and resolve issues with printed or PDF window cards via Rezi, especially for shopfront marketing and window displays.
The customer says:
“I’m trying to print a window card”
“The window card layout looks broken”
“The branding is missing”
“I can’t create one for this property”
“The price/photo/description won’t show”
“The window card won’t download or open”
Window cards can only be generated for marketed properties.
“Window cards are only available once a property has an active marketing status — could you check if this one is marked as ‘Available’, ‘For Sale’, or similar?”
To create a window card:
Open the relevant Property Record
Navigate to the Marketing or Documents tab
Click Generate Window Card
Choose a template style (e.g., branded, feature-rich, photo-led)
Ensure the core details are present:
Main photo
Property address
Price
Marketing status
Short description
“Make sure all the key fields are filled in — window cards pull directly from those fields.”
| Issue | Likely Cause | Fix |

| Photo missing | No main photo set | Go to images → click ‘Set as main photo’ |
| Price missing | No price or POA ticked | Add price or update POA setting |
| Description blank | No short description saved | Add/edit short description field |
| Branding missing | Branch template not assigned | Check branch settings/template association |
| Wrong layout | Wrong template selected | Try alternate template during creation |
| Broken preview/download | Browser compatibility or popup blocked | Try incognito mode or another browser |
If the window card:
Won’t generate
Freezes or fails on preview
Downloads incorrectly
Ask the customer to:
✅ Try another browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox)
✅ Try incognito/private browsing
✅ Clear browser cache
✅ Disable browser extensions (esp. ad blockers or PDF handlers)
“Can you try in a private browser window or different browser? Sometimes cached data or extensions can block the PDF preview.”
If standard generation fails:
Go to the Print/Export tab under the property
Choose Download as PDF or Send to Email
Select the Window Card template from the dropdown
