Creating Custom Dashboards with widgets

This guide will take you through the creating custom dashboards on your Rezi homepage.
Take a look at our guide on how to 'add a custom widget'

You have the ability to customize your home dashboard to show widgets specific to your daily Rezi needs. You have the ability to create more than one dashboard

To edit your home dashboard, navigate to home on the top left of your screen.

If you want to remove an unused widget on your dashboard, simply click the 'X' on the top right.
Click on the burger menu to the left of your dashboard title to rename the dashboard, remove the dashboard, edit a widget or add a widget.

Clicking the 'create new dashboard' option in the top right of the default dashboard will create a new dashboard and change to a circle view as below.

Each white circle represents an existing dashboard. The red dot highlights the dashboard that you are currently on. The red plus/add symbol will now add a new dashboard. You can create up to 5 dashboards.

Remember to use the burger menu on the left to rename your dashboards.

Adding widgets

There are several ways to add a widget to your dashboard. You can click the 'Add widget' tab in the center of the screen (on a dashboard containing no widgets), you can use the drop down burger menu (top left) or you can scroll down your dashboard to an open section and clicking on the plus/ add widget button.

You will then be presented with the widget selector tool. Select from the options on the left blue menu to chose your category of widget. You will then be given more options to create a more detailed widget, giving you a report on a specific information. Name your widget or give details using the description box (top right).

Once you have selected the correct criteria, click the 'add widget' button to publish your new widget.

Editing widgets

New widgets created by you can be edited. Be sure to pay attention when editing,  if they are reporting widgets as this will change the information that is reported on. To edit a widget, click the pencil icon on the top right of the widget.

You can also delete a widget you no longer need, or a preexisting widget you do not use. Simply click the 'x' on the top right of the widget.

You cannot undo this delete so please be sure you no longer need this widget.

To move your widgets and reorder them, simply click on the title bar of the widget you wish to move and drag it to the new position. This will move the widgets after the one you have selected to make room for the widget.

Your widgets can be expanded to show the information that they contain. This is done by clicking the drop-down arrow on the bottom right of the widget. They are stored this way to create a user-friendly view where figures can be seen in a snapshot. If you click on the total either in the snapshot widget or the extended list, this will take you to a full list with the widget filters applied.

Your diary is displayed as a large widget across the length of your dashboard and is designed around your weekly diary view. This will be on your default home dashboard but can be added using the appointments tab when creating a new widget. You chose which diary you wish to view (maybe you work at different branches on different days) and you can set up which negotiators diary you see. These can also be set up on multiple dashboards with different views on each dashboard.
