Dezrez Customer Portal is a secure customer login area built on the Rezi API which gives your Vendors/Landlords and their Applicants the ability to view and interact with Dezrez property data relevant to them 24/7. This ensures better transparency, relationships between vendors and applicants, landlords and tenants.

My Dashboard
Once logged in, the client will be directed to My Dashboard. Here they will have access to quick links to every aspect of the Customer Portal.

We understand that not all estate agents work in the same way and so you may not want your clients to have access to all the features that Customer Portal provides out of the box. We will work with you to make sure you have the features you want them to see or not.

Recent Activity
This area offers an overview of the timeline which includes property status and prices changes and offers submitted. It will also display upcoming and previous appointments.
My Actions
Here clients can do several activities.
They can 'View my Offers'.
This will show all offers made on a vendor or landlords properties and their associated actions:
Accepted
Awaiting Decision
Rejected
They also have the option to send a message to you, the agent. This will appear in your to-do section within Rezi as a request. There is also a quick link to 'View my Diary' and an option to 'Refer a Friend'.
Property Searches
If your client has a property search set up, this is where these properties can be viewed. Each search can be individually viewed by clicking the magnifying class icon. A property search can also be added by your client, should they wish. A client can have multiple property searches active at one time.
My Properties
Properties currently being marketed for sale or for let by the vendor or landlord. If your client clicks on 'View More Details' they will be taken through to the property view which is customisable. Here they can see things like the marketing report, suggest write up changes, submit phots and edit location on the property.

Submit Your Own
This allows the vendor or landlord to submit a new property themselves. Perfect for those clients who have a large property portfolio.
My Documents
An area to access all public documents relating to a property (those that are available to be viewed via your website or Portals).
Any documents that are marked as private on a Property will not appear here.
My Contacts
A list of all Agency contacts relevant to a Branch and more specifically, those who are dealing with your clients property transactions.
My Diary
All valuations and viewings are available to see via My Diary.
My Feedback
Feedback from viewings will be available for your clients to see. This is managed by the Agency (if the Feedback Reviewed box has been ticked).
My Maintenance Jobs
Tenants can easily report maintenance issues as they occur, creating a streamlined process for reporting and tracking. It also allows the upload of files, which is great for supporting evidence and to show first hand any issues.
How Clients Access the Customer Portal
Your clients will need to register the first time they enter. Whether they are a registered client with you or not. To register they must provide an email address and password which are also required for future logins.

It is important to note that the email address they register with through Dezrez Customer Portal must match that which they have registered with your agency in order to view any activities, properties etc. that are assigned to them.
